All Sales are Final. Because most of our
products are hand-painted and hand-crafted, many will
vary slightly from the pictures shown on this
website. If an item is damaged during
shipping, we will be happy to issue store credit or
replace the damaged item less shipping and handling
costs once the item is returned to us. Please
make sure that you check all personalization spelling on
your order.
We ship our order using the US Postal Service.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost
shipments. Most orders ship within 2 weeks.
All orders placed within the state of Texas will be
taxed 8.25%.
Of course, if you live in the DFW area, we are always happy to leave merchandise for pickup at our
store... that will save you shipping expense!
